Refunds & Replacements for Damaged Goods

    If your item is received damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To qualify:
     

    • Report the damage within 7 days of delivery.

    • Provide clear photographic or video documentation showing the damage.

    Once your documentation is received, our team will review your claim. If the damage is verified, we will offer you one of the following:
     

    • A replacement for the damaged item with shipping included, if available.

    • A refund credited to your original payment method.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 7-10 business days from the approval date.

  • Shipping for Refund/Replacement:
    Consistent with our no returns policy, you generally do not need to send back a damaged product. However, if further evaluation is required, we may ask that you keep the item for inspection or proper disposal.

    • In rare, extreme cases where further evaluation necessitates the return of a damaged item, we will cover the shipping costs.
